Banana Bread
Ingredients: 5/4 c almond flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1 egg 8 oz apple sauce 1/3 c coconut oil 1/4 c honey 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla 2 mashed banana
Directions: 1. Mix ingredients together. Refridgerate. 2. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350.

Improving my habits
I’ve been vegetarian since June, I haven’t had pop since mid-January when we were in Disney World, and I haven’t had chocolate (meaning candied / dessert chocolate) since Tuesday- my desserts since Tuesday have been only paleo. The chocolate thing might not seem like that big of a deal but I’m used to having copious amounts of chocolate multiple times a day.

Minor Rant

Brick & CrossFit
So today I did another brick work out after last nights, which was 18 mi spin & 2 mi run. Today I did 12.6 mi spin in 52:29 & 4.5 mi run at 9:49/mi pace. My CF WOD was: 5 rounds of overhead squat (55lbs), 7 20lb db ground to overhead, 7 box jumps.
And then I FREAKING LOCKED MYSELF OUT OF MY CAR. Le sigh, called the po-po and they let me back in. I feel like I have a special charm...
