Ingredients: 5/4 c almond flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1 egg 8 oz apple sauce 1/3 c coconut oil 1/4 c honey 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla 2 mashed banana Directions: 1. Mix ingredients together. Refridgerate. 2. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350.

Improving my habits

Brick & CrossFit
So today I did another brick work out after last nights, which was 18 mi spin & 2 mi run. Today I did 12.6 mi spin in 52:29 & 4.5 mi run at  9:49/mi pace.
